Experis Switzerland is looking for an experienced Windows Desktop Supporter. The end-client is a well-known pharma company. It is a temporary assignment based in Nyon, with a potential extension.

- Location: Nyon
- Start Date: 1 April
- Duration: 6 months (an option for extension)
Your profile:
· Proven experience in 1st and 2nd Level Support
· +3 years as an IT Supporter
· Strong experience in a Microsoft environment
· Degree in Computer Science/ IT or MIS
· Communicative personality
· Excellent French & English language skills
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- 1st and 2nd level support in all aspects of IT systems (mainly MS Office applications, workstations and Microsoft environment)
- Processing of requests and problems in the Service Desk
- Analysis and processing of current problem reports and inquiries
- Ensuring compliance with service levels
