Experis IT Switzerland is on the search for an experienced IT Configuration Specialist to join our Client - international company.
Project details:
You will be part of Rolling team, being responsible to manage the Twilio Flex and Salesforce based platform for global roll out to all worldwide markets.
It will include product presentation, gap analysis, client facing, system configuration, test, hypercare support.
Your profile:
- Minimum 2-3 years of prior relevant experience
- Technical skills in:
- Computer Telephone Integration (CTI)
- Salesforce Administration
- Multi-Channel Customer Interaction Management
- React JS
- Salesforce Service, Agile, DevOps Role
- English language fluency (written and oral)
Location: Zurich
Duration: 6 months contract
