Ticket-based IT Supporter - Freelancers wanted - Kanton Zürich
Experis is currently supporting our client, a global technology company with their search for an IT Supporter able to work ad-hoc ticket-based requests at their site. I'm looking for an experienced professional (freelancers only) with great people skills who has +5 years of experience doing IT Support in a global environment. This position is slated to last an initial 12 months. If you have the technical background I need as well as solid people skills, get in touch!
What is it you'll have to do?
- Maintain, analyze, troubleshoot and repair computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals: all coming from ticket-based tool
- Maintaining the existing IT infrastructure, where necessary providing upgrades or replacing both hardware/software systems
- Support and maintain user account information (system groups, access rights, security)
- Deal with day to day issues related to both hardware/software
