For this temporary assignment based in Zurich, we are in search of an English-speaking candidate. Start is asap, duration is till 30.06.2020 with very big option of extension till end of 2020. The workload is 100%.

Overview:

  • Working with the SMB Tele Sales Managers, sellers and local subsidiary to land and drive revenue and Cloud KPIs on behalf of the subsidiary
  • Working with the tele-sales company to unblock sales & deal issues in the SMB Vendor Tele Engine
  • Working with local subsidiary on any sales blockers such as channel or marketing asks for help for SMB deals in the tele engine
  • Providing information about performance, upcoming campaigns, forecast & pipeline, top SMB deal status, corrective action planning to subsidiary stakeholders such as SMB Lead and others
    • Monthly newsletter
    • Participation in SMB meetings
    • Pipeline and forecast management meetings
    • Partner meetings
    • Local events
    • Represent the SMB Vendor Tele Engine in all aspects at the local subsidiary
  • Sharing feedback with the tele-sales company from the local subsidiary stakeholder to drive continuous improvement in the engine.
  • Sharing Market Insights on channel and customers for Product responses, sales blocker and sales drivers.
  • Managing metrics, KPIs and performance of the SMB Tele Engine for the subsidiary
  • Assessing trends and root causes to develop & execute correction plans as needed
  • Ad-hoc project work to drive areas of improvement for the tele-sales engine or other areas

Required key skills:

  • Ideally 5 years of experience required in a similar role
  • Key performance measurements: relationship management, communications, revenue performance support
  • Good collaboration skills
  • Team player
  • Good analytical skills and affinity with numbers
  • Solid experience in inside sales or tele-sales wished
  • Excellent communication skills
  • German and English fluent
