Talent Acquisition Team Coordinator

Experis IT Switzerland is urgently looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Team Coordinator to join one of their clients, a well renowned firm.

Main responsibilities:

• Assist with the schedule and execution of meetings and interviews
• Meeting and greeting visitors
• Prepare materials for meetings, seminars, presentations and special projects.
• Assist with travel arrangements
• Coordinate lunch orders and meeting setups as appropriate within Company guidelines.
• Appropriately manage information of a highly confidential and critical nature
• Support invoicing, budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
• Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
• Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Provide a high level of service to internal and external stakeholders

Your profile:

• 2 year´s experience in similar role
• Service oriented/excellent work ethics
• Process and detail oriented
• Experience in a matrix organization and managing complex stakeholder groups (including very senior stake holders within organization)
• Strong Communication, Collaboration and Teamwork way of working
• Pro-active; hands on mentality
• Remains calm and positive under pressure
• Fluent in business English written and spoken (would be great if also has German and or French).
• Experience with ATS, ideally experience with Workday Recruiting
• Needs to have experience working at a regional HQ and pan Europe with remote stakeholders
• Exposure to in house recruiting
• Ideal if has experience in Pharma alternatively a large multinational environment
• Quick perception and organization

Location: Zürich
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 7 months contract with further option of extension
