One of our clients, a global leader involved in the production, marketing and distribution of energy, agricultural and metal commodities, is looking for a System Engineer. This is a permanent position located in Zug, Switzerland.
Job summary
In this tole, you will be involved in the management of Infrastructure at a National/Regional level.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Liaise directly with internal regional IT teams and external IT Vendors
- Manage Users and User groups on systems running on their infrastructure
- Managing first and second level support processes
- Ticket management and execution
- Maintaining Website and Intranet content
- Manage the migration and transition to cloud based technologies
- Mentoring junior team members
Must haves
- 3+ years' experience as Systems Engineer
- Experience with cloud-based technologies (preferably Azure)
- Experience of Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint and Skype for Business
- Fluent English (any additional European languages are a plus)
- Educated to degree level (or equivalent)
