Specialist function: Support in planning, designing and operating IT services for operational operations in the SDX internal IT service desk
Function:
- Locating and isolating faults, initiating alternative and / or escalation procedures, triggering any necessary recovery, restart and restore procedures-
- Advising users on all operational issues, especially around Microsoft Azure (Microsoft 365) and Windows 10 laptops-
- Incident reporting using an internal ITSM software solution (Freshservice IT Service Desk)-
- Provision of hardware (laptops) and software for new SDX employees in consultation with the HR department and the IT system engineers-
- Controlling and monitoring the system utilization-
- Ensuring the operation of the hardware and software including an inventory of the hardware-
- Ensuring information security for IT services based on agreed service levels and defined security profiles
Conditions:
- University of applied sciences or similar training-
- In-depth user knowledge of the technologies used-
- Basic knowledge of ITIL (Incident Mgmt.) And IT Service Desk-
- In-depth knowledge of service management-
- Has a structured working method
- Good knowledge of German and English, French is an advantage
Responsibility:
- Ensuring the operation
- -Successful processing of emerging end-user problems (incidents) together with the internal engineering team
