Your profile:
- Providing 2nd and 3rd Line support
- Operation, control, monitoring and maintenance of ICT services for operational use
- Accepting and checking orders as part of input-output management in cooperation with customers
- Controlling and monitoring system utilization (including tuning and performance measures)
- Ensuring information security when providing ICT services on the basis of agreed service levels and defined security profiles
- Degree in Computer Science/ IT or comparable
- Excellent French & English skills.
