Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for a Specialist in Data and Monitoring & Evaluation systems to join one of their clients, an NGO, based in Geneva.
Your role:
Under the guidance and supervision of the Monitoring, Evaluation and Country Analysis Manager, the consultant will conduct the following key activities:
- Manage deployment of pool of 150+ consultants from Technical Assistance pool
- Prepare the contractual documentation and budgets for deployment;
- Stakeholder management: liaising with consultants, relevant country teams, Sourcing department, technical partners on deployment;
- Develop and update standard scopes of work for M&E TA for each of the technical area;
- Review country requested scopes of work and provide technical comments to the country teams;
- facilitate the Roll-out of RFP for the Analytical Capacity & Data Use
- Prepare application materials for the next cycle of Strategic Initiative for Data Systems
- Support for overall reporting for Strategic Initiatives for Data and M&E of SI
To deliver the required results, it's essential that you have:
- Advanced degree in public health/ medicine/ biostatistics or another relevant degree
- Working knowledge of English and French
- Hands-on experience with quantitative data management and analysis, using various statistical software; advanced Excel user
- Experience in monitoring and evaluation
- Project management and contracting experience
