Senior Software Developer (Big Data Scraping)
For my client, a fast-growing Proptech company in Zurich, I am looking for a data savvy developer with experience working with large web crawlers/ spiders. Harnessing the principles of Artificial Intelligence, this company is creating huge value through their analytics on their platform.
Your tasks:
- Together with the development team, you will create new products and tools that support our customers in analysing the real estate market.
- Maintenance and servicing of our huge crawler infrastructure
- development of the data processing processes in the backend (.net Framework, .net core, MSSQL)
- Further development of clients based on XSL, XSLT, C #, Selenium
- Creation of APIs to provide the data.
Your profile
- Experience in object-oriented software development with .NET technologies (.net core, C #)
- Flair for analysing websites
- Experience with reverse engineering approaches is an advantage
- Experience with database technologies (ideally MS SQL Server )
- Strong ability to Clean and Test code
- Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English are required
