Overview of contract

On behalf of our client, one of the leading audit, tax and advisory organizations, we are looking for a Senior Consultant - Transformation to assist a client in a global transformation program.

This is a short term, 2-month initial contract with the potential for an extension but please only apply if you are available immediately or at short notice

Main responsibilities

• Be project management lead for sub-streams including;
  • The Transformation and integration of back-office functions
  • The roll-out of target operating models in other countries.
  • Organizational design and change management of front-end business functions

Your skills:

• 8 years experience as a Consultant
• Experience with designing, planning, implementing for support functions (IT, Finance and HR) including blueprint and playbook development
• Strong skills to manage risks/issues/dependencies/required decisions and supporting work plan development and follow-ups, as well as status reporting
• Excellent stakeholder management / influencing skills and service orientation
• Good communication skills in English and German is a plus
• Immediately available.
