Senior Project Manager - PHC Informatics

Our Pharmaceutical client in Basel (Switzerland), is looking for a motivated team member.

General Information:

Tasks & responsibilites:

Engage with Leadership, both business and IT, to collaborate on the delivery of value at a rate that is sustainable and digestible for the team and business
Ensure promised business value is being earned by leveraging the value creation or value maintenance framework
Orchestrate the formation of a squad and once established, closely interact with the product owner, partners and the development team
Source of skills that are supplied by Pharma Informatics or other Technology partners
Guide the squad on self-organising to fill in the intentional gaps left in the Agile/Scrum frameworks
Coach the team to learn and adopt agreed ways of working and reacting to potential challenges and questions
Deep of hosting Digital Health focussed PHI/PII workloads in public clouds to meet Global compliance and security requirements, e.g. HIPAA, HITRUST, ASIP, ISO and GDPR etc.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and to work with a diverse team in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal (English) communication skills; able to produce clearly written, documentation; excellent presentation/facilitation skills; well-honed influencing skills are essential
Self-motivated and team-oriented; able to work both autonomously and effectively as part of a geographically dispersed team

Must have:

7 years of proven experience in project management within IT projects, ideally within Identity Management and Access projects or AWS Containerized solutions in the pharmaceutical or BioTech industry
Certificate as a Project Manager (PMP or equivalent)
Experience in AGILE or DevOps projects (Champions Agile principles and practices within the squad and leads by example)
Exhibits servant leadership style towards the product owner, scrum master, development team and the wider organization
Experience in JIRA, Confluence Wiki, Trello or equivalent
Has an agile mindset with ability to pivot between roles and approaches based on team needs
Has a strong focus on delivering MVP's, focused on incremental value rather than perfection
Proven ability to obtain results in a global, matrix environment (Project matrix setting)
Has strong soft skills typically required in stakeholder engagement (empowering people, influencing, negotiation, conflict management), communication skills

Nice to haves:

Experience with GxP validated system concepts
Prior experience managing offshore contract resources
Experience in web and app development for improving the patient & HCP experience
Familiarity with digital health tools that are classed as a "SaMD" software as a medical device
Knowledge of advanced digital analytics and patient data use cases
Experience with handling anonymized patient real world data
Cloud Computing (AWS) is a plus
