Overview of the role
In this exciting role, you will be part of a multi-cultural and dynamic project team in a hybrid environment, contributing to the implementation of the bank's strategic initiatives. You collaborate closely with various stakeholders in Operations, business and supporting functions. You will be part of the project team to deliver a new core banking SaaS solution. Key Responsibilitiess
- Responsible for integration of the SaaS solution into the Cembra system environment and application landscape
- Define, plan, structure and drive project deliverables over multiple project sub-streams / scope items with stakeholders in Operations, the business and ensure delivery in scope, quality, time and budget
- Ensure close alignment and coordination with external vendors
- Coordinate all aspects of a project like planning and resources, requirements gathering, technical design, risk and financial management and reporting
- Define critical to quality factors and ensure IT and non-IT deliverables on time
- Provide functional leadership and coaching to project team members
- Deliver all required milestones and documentations according to the bank's project methodology Facilitate project execution, addressing impediments, managing dependencies and synergies Communicate status updates and major milestones to all involved parties (project team, sponsors, management)
Essentials Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of delivering strategic software projects/programs using waterfall / agile / hybrid methodology
- Experience in integration of a SaaS solutions into an existing system environment
- Experience in managing multiple external software vendors is a strong plus
- Open minded, approachable with strong interpersonal and emphatic skills
- Experience in the Swiss Economic Environment is desired Analytical mind with ability to grasp complex concepts and implement practical solutions
- Proven ability to overcome challenges and successfully deliver change
- Ability to manage project teams and interact with senior level stakeholders
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in German and English
