For one of our fast-growing international clients, specialized in the travel retail area, we are looking for a Digital Architect with strong experience in Multi - Cloud.
This is a challenging permanent position starting as soon as possible.
Background:
The Digital Architect will be responsible for analyzing digital requirements and specifying architectures and digital technologies across the business value chains. You must be able to map digital business capabilities as part of future state architecture for a digital enterprise and develop the digital solution architectures for the digital journeys. Furthermore, you must have experience on delivering on digital and IT transformation projects working at the enterprise level to effectively drive people, process and technology change. Finally, you will collaborate across all teams and roles to determine the right tools for the job at hand. Working on multiple products and projects at a time.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Architecting digital capabilities and solutions - particularly in the areas of CRM, E-Commerce, Sales Digitization and Digital Customer Service Channels.
- Provide design governance and architectural oversight for all digital initiatives on transformation projects
- Design modern authentication/authorization architectures (Single Sign-on, SAML, OAUTH2.0)
- Delivering web-based services, ReSTful APIs or complex integrations. (API Gateway)
- Support and implement serverless approach (serverless.com, API Gateway, NoSQL, Lambda functions, etc.)
- Work with Infrastructure team for best possible cloud-first design approach
- Accountable for Operational Deliverables
- Develop Digital Business Architecture models
- Run Digital POC's and creating digital prototypes
- Design Digital Ecosystem Architectures and roadmaps
- Develop solution architecture designs for digital initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, system analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in IT design and implementation
- Cloud experience: AWS Certified Solutions Architect
- Exposure to multiple, diverse technical configurations, technologies and processing environments. Wide technical skills, ideally with development background.
- Experience in designing new software solutions to respond to B2C and B2B digital requirements
- In depth Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture Frameworks like TOGAF,
- Excellent analytical skills
- Motivation that is focused on long-term results
- Hands-on experience of modern software architectures such as micro-services, CQRS
- Experience with Agile
- Experience in defining solutions using open-source.
- Experience in defining, delivering, improving Continuous Integration/Delivery pipelines, sound Devops experience
- Experience and passion for, leading teams of software engineers.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
