On behalf of our client, a leading Bank in Zürich, we are looking for a Senior Technical Business Analyst with proven experience working on Charles River implementation projects.
Main responsibilities:
- Support business users resolving day-to-day queries
- Liaise with different stakeholders (e.g. Front/Middle office) and understand, formulate, prioritize requirements for IT
- You will be responsible from development of concept to implementation of sound capabilities
Skills:
- Over 10 years of Technical Business Analysis/ Requirements Engineering experience with proven history working within the Asset Management/Wealth Management domain (min. 10 years) with all key functions (front-, middle- and back-office, compliance, accounting, reporting)
- Subject Mater Expert and excellent technical understanding of Charles River Investment Management System (ideally implementing)
- Several years of experience with Charles River IMS preferably with some technical / coding / testing
- In depth knowledge of business processes and regulatory requirements (eg. MiFID, EMIR, FinfaG, FIDLEG, etc.)
- Proven track-record working with senior stakeholders (e.g. compliance officer, trading desk, middle office, and Portfolio construction leads)
- Understanding of key asset classes: Equity, Fixed Income, Exchange Traded Derivatives
- Understanding of investment decision making processes and strategies
- Skills/training like these would be ideal: Charles River Bootcamp certification: Blotter, Manager Workbench, Compliance, CR Anywhere, System Administration
- Demonstrable experience leading requirements gathering, user acceptance testing, User stories
- Very strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- You are able to work under pressure with a high level of flexibility and to handle multiple challenging priorities and assignments with a can-do approach
- Italian language skills would be nice to have
