Overview of contract

On behalf of our client, a leading financial institution in Zürich, we are looking for a Project Manager to assist with Cross divisional projects.

Main responsibilities

• Project management for cross divisional projects
• Perform state-of-the art project management in an environment with agile delivery teams, delivering functionality for regulatory topics (i.e. KYC)
• Engaging with different stakeholders of Compliance, Digital Banking, Front Office, Tax, Regulatory, Operations and General Counsel (and maybe more, depending of the actual topic)
• Request management including high-level budget controlling
• Performing project management with modern tools that are designed for an agile working setup. (i.e. JIRA, Confluence)

Your skills:

• 4-6 years' experience in Project Management.
• Proven working experience within classical project management with a lot of experience in stakeholder management.
• Experience in agile development setups
• A high level of service orientation, strong communication skills and ability to learn. Be a team player
• Excellent English with a good command of German
• Experience KYC or client onboarding is of high advantage
