On behalf of our pharmaceutical / biotech client, we are looking for a Product Complaints Associate with proven pharma experience.
Main Tasks:
- Coordinate product related complaints according to compliance
- Analyse complaint data and prepare reports for meetings
- Internal and external stakeholder management
- Handle and evaluate samples
- Investigate and monitor CAPA
- Initiate ideas to improve issues and support management
Requirements:
- Degree in Life Science, Engineering, or similar
- Previous experience
- GMP knowledge
- English fluency
