Portfolio Analyst/Administrator role
Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for an Portfolio Administrator role to join one of their clients, a highly renowned organisation within the banking / financial sector. This engagement will be for a period of 6 months and based in Geneva.
Key responsibilities:
- Data entry into credit systems; scanning documents into doc management systems; various credit administrative tasks
- Coordinate between various internal stakeholders to prepare for contract management transition of legacy contracts
- Report on progress against overall plan
- Coordinate and produce metrics
- Coordinate between legal, business and technology stakeholders to prepare for contract management transition of legacy contracts
- Management of related technology & operations impacts to business
Your profile:
- You bring around 3 years in private banking
- University degree or equivalent in business administration, economics or finance
- Experience in coordinating and / or delivering large scale transformation projects
- Understanding of loan booking and credit approval process
- Experience in stakeholder management
- Financial markets product knowledge
- Understanding of LIBOR and its implications within the industry (desirable)
- Working to tight deadlines
- Handling MIS
- Self-starter
- Data tracing and reconciliation of data between systems and/or between systems and source documentation.
- General data entry and administration duties in regional credit system (Credit Platform)
- Good administration and organisational skills preferably with previous experience of working to deadlines, attention to detail and adherence to policies and procedures
- Fluency in English

Start Date: June-July 2020
Duration: until end of 2021 with possible extension
