For this assignment with 12 months duration based in Baden we are in search of an English- and German- speaking candidate who is available in a short notice. Are you a passionate specialist who is looking immediately for a new and very exciting challenge by big international company? If yes, then please have a look at the details:

Overview of the project

  • Receipt and review of customer orders (based on offers or price lists and customer contracts)
    * Creation and maintenance of customer master data
    * Clarification of delivery dates for warehouse products and individual customer orders with the supplying plants
    * Order entry in SAP (new entry and make changes)
    * Delivery of the goods up to the customer invoice
    * Telephone and written communication with our customers and suppliers
    * Check technical master data and documents

The skills and experience needed for this position are


  • Completed vocational training with further training in
    commercial area (e.g. HF or FH).
    * Good spoken and written German & English skills, French is a big advantage
    * Confident handling of MS Office, knowledge of SAP is a must-have
    * Experience / training in internal sales is a must-have
    * Good communication skills
    * Enjoyment in dealing with customers
    * Pro-active personality with hands-on mentality
