Are you a Junior Analyst with professional experience with e-commerce and project delivery, preferably in an international and multicultural environment, and are you looking for an exciting new opportunity within a non-governmental organisation (NGO) ? Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for a Junior Support Analyst to join one of their clients, an NGO, based in Geneva.
Your role:
You will be resonsible for supporting the on-boarding an administration of wambo.org organisations and users
This includes:-
- Collecting registration and onboarding information from buyers
- Requesting and checking system configuration
- Providing user support
- Following up with organisations and users as reconfigurations are requested
- Facilitating the closing of purchase orders through the creation of invoicing statement summaries
To deliver the required results, it's necessary that you have/be:
- a strong appetite for and understanding of technology, in particular e-commerce.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to present topics synthetically
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and master the usual set of Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
- fluent in both English and French (additional capacity in Spanish a plus).
