Experis is currently supporting our client, a premier global technology brand, with their search for a Junior IT Supporter. I am looking for you: a self-starter, recent graduate with good people skills and a love for technology. This contract position is slated to last an initial 12 months and is based in the Zurich region. If you bring along the required background and can start ASAP, then please read on and apply!
What will your tasks be?
You will support our customer by
- Providing IT Support incl. Printing Services, to local stakeholders, including the C-level
- Coordinating and supplying business equipment (laptop/phone) to the local team
- Decommissioning old hardware
- Support corporate meetings including Mobile Support (Online/Broadcasting)
- Be a point of contact for IT / Audio Visual support in meetings/events
Your specific background:
- Recent university graduate with experience providing IT Support
- Strong MS Office 365 & client/server environments
- Excellent English (preferably with good German as well)
- You love dealing with people and are great at multitasking
