Are you a Business Process Analyst with previous professional experience in policy development, business analytics, business processes analysis and/or optimization, project and/or change management;

Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for a Business Process Analyst to join one of their clients, an NGO, based in Geneva.

Your responsibilities will be:

You will be accountable for the development of business process analytics & monitoring, business process and systems design and change management activities for assigned grant lifecycle processes, development of operational policies and procedures, system solutions and/or data flows, quality & reporting, as part of continuous improvement and/or within Launches.

To deliver the required results, it's essential that you have:

• University degree in operations, public health, finance, economics, business administration, IT, engineering or other relevant area or equivalent professional training
• Prevous professional experience, including in policy development, business analytics, business processes analysis and/or optimization, project and/or change management;
• Knowledge of Salesforce Platform;
• An excellent knowledge of English and preferably a good working knowledge of French. Knowledge of other languages would be an asset
