Key Responsibilities
Analyst, developer. Analysis of requirements, development of new software where required and maintenance of deployed applications.
Good technical analytical skills and ability to engage with stakeholders to complete the required software features.
Challenges Contractor will be facing in this role:
Work in a heterogeneous Linux and Windows environment developing and deploying application code using Credit Suisse's internal tools and practices.
Essentials Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience as Java developer.
- Recent experience in developing and maintaining medium sized, interconnected Java based server application using SOAP or REST.
- Experience with Spring framework.
- Database development experience, Oracle is a plus.
- Experience with Intellij or Eclipse IDE
- Experience with java build tools such as Maven or Ant
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins
- Experience with git SCM.
- Fluent written and spoken English, German skills is a plus
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
Understanding of certificate based authentication and Single sign on technologies.
Experience with full development lifecycle of a java 11 Spring based Web application.
Understanding of REST services.
Experience with Messaging, such as TIBCO EMS or IBM MQ.
General experience in a financial institution, specifically related to trading of instruments.
