On behalf of our client, we are looking for a German speaking IT Control Centre Specialist with experience in IBM Mainframe.
Your Main Responsibilities:
- Operational monitoring and support of the central and decentralized applications (IBM mainframe, Unix, Windows etc.) in the IT Control Centre (24h shift operation)
- Execution and monitoring of the job processes for different systems using OPC and AWA
- Collaboration on introductions, releases, key date changes, disaster recovery tests etc.
- Control, information and reporting of all faults and incidents according to the valid incident and event management process
- Monitoring and support from external providers
What you bring with you:
- Quick comprehension and independent, structured and reliable working method
- Host and automotive experience, practical know-how in the fields of Operational monitoring, problem monitoring, Problem solution and system support desired
- A resilient, team-oriented and flexible personality with good Communication skills
- English and German both written and spoken is a must
