Your tasks

  • They ensure the trouble-free operation and maintenance of the SAS Support Laptops and are responsible for the migration from Windows 7 to Windows 10
  • In this exciting position you develop the client infrastructure in cooperation with adjacent specialist teams and taking into account future trends and technologies
  • You create client operating concepts according to the architecture, zone concept and IT security requirements
  • They supervise and support the various test concepts and are responsible for the active maintenance of the corresponding test groups
  • You are responsible for client security and you form an interface between the server infrastructure and the IT security
  • You are responsible for the current OS patch status, the creation and maintenance of the client software packages and you ensure the correct client policies
  • The assigned tickets within predefined SLA's in the ticketing tool (helpline) will be processed by you
  • They support the implementation of security measures as well as various IT projects

Your profile

  • You have a completed apprenticeship and a degree in Computer Science (HF, FH), and you have proven client engineering expertise and experience in a large corporation
  • A large part of these systems serve mission-critical applications and are therefore subject to the highest security and availability requirements. For this reason, good knowledge of the relevant standards and standards such as Tier, NERC, ISO 27000 etc. should be available
  • You have ITIL v3 Foundation and MS SCCM certifications as well as certifications in the Windows client area, in addition you have completed further education in the field of MCDST, MCSA and / or MCSE
  • They have experience in application and desktop virtualization as well as software packaging and virtualization
  • They have good knowledge and experience of multi-factor authentication for secure remote access solutions as well as experience in client security and mobile device management in Citrix XenDesktop / XenApp
  • For this position, we are looking for you as an independent and structured personality with an analytical approach and readiness for on-call service
  • You have very good knowledge of spoken and written German and English proficiency, French is an advantage
