On behalf of a leading pharmaceutical company in Switzerland, I am looking for an IT Project Manager, this is a contracting position until the end of June 2020.

Your Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Take the leadership of the project team
• Finalize scope, lead project requirements definition and approval
• Plan and drive the implementation of the project
• Support the Solution and Component Owners with sound decision-making options
• Handle project communication and reporting tasks
• Manage the project budget forecasting and tracking
• Proactively manage project risks
• Take care of managing project documentation

What you must have:

• 8+ years of IT Project Management in general
• Resource, schedule, budget planning, tracking, risk management experience (RAID)
• Excellent English communication skills, oral and written
• Team leadership experience
• Software Integration and Deployment Projects
• Good organizational skills
• Very strong negotiation skills
• Software Development Lifecycles Projects
• Infrastructure deployment project experience
• Validated Systems Projects (e.g. CSV)
• PM skills / certificate: e.g. PMP, Prince 2, CAPM
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• German or Spanish language

Overview:

• Start date: 09.09.2019
• End date: 30.06.2020
• Work location: Kaiseraugst
• Workload: 100%
• Remote/Home Office: Possible, 1x a week
• Travelling: up to 10% to Madrid and Poland
• Team size: should be the lead of the team (5 members)
