Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for an IT Business Partner to join one of their clients, a worldwide humanitarian aid organisation, based in Geneva.

Role responsibilities:

The IT Business Partner will provide technical assistance to the Client including :-

• To partner with the representatives of the Client's business departments.

• The IT Business Partner manages business projects having IT components. He/She establishes a global portfolio including the business innovations, initiatives, demand and projects to align of business strategy and their goals with the ITD portfolio and strategy.

• He/she is also actively involved in the solution architecture definition as well as in managing the tests and delivery quality control.

To deliver the required results, it's essential that you have:

• Bachelor's degree in computer sciences discipline or related fields.
• ITIL and/or BABOK certification or equivalent experience
• Project management certification or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of related experience in defining business requirements,
  solution analysis and software development
• Extensive experience in defining and executing functional test scenarios, in
  user acceptance testing and relative documentation establishment
• Excellent understanding of project processes, from initiation through close,
  and the responsibilities of the business analyst in the process.
• Ability to drive situations when challenged with aggressive timelines, well
  organized with collaborative and an open-minded attitude.
• Excellent working knowledge in English. Knowledge of French, Spanish or Arabic will be an asset.
