On behalf of our client, a leading financial institution in Zürich, we are looking for an IT Business Analyst who has strong Requirements gathering knowledge within a Micro-services architecture

Main responsibilities

• Identify and analyse business requirements (data sources, interfaces, business logic and quality) and work directly with user/business, project manager, IT developers and other business customer to understand business requirements, objectives and specifications
• Active involvement in solution finding within the project (close collaboration with business and IT and other customers/stake holders)
• Support the development team on design, logic, architecture and testing - including interfaces from source to target applications according to architectural standards
• Document business requirements and specifications as per firm standards
  Exposure to cutting-edge technologies and approaches for Group Operation Asset

Your skills:

• 4 years experience as an IT Business Analyst - including experience in developing concise requirements
• An exposure to and an understanding of back-end micro-services in an Agile environment.
• Experience within large, complex organisations with multiple stakeholders and several project streams.
• The ability to translate business needs to clear technical requirements and to communicate technical concepts to business users.
• The ability to create agile epics and stories and maintain a backlog with high quality stories and acceptance criteria.
• A proven communicator ensuring clarity of requirements to members of the team and other stakeholders.
• Fluent English language skills, German would be a plus
