IT Business Analyst - Financial Analyst - Operations, Financial Analyst
Experis is currently supporting our client, a technology company with a global reach and strong brand and values, for their search for an IT BA with a strong background in finance to support their operations at their office near Zurich. This contract role will run at least until the end of 2021 and the ideal candidate is someone who is multilingual (FLUENT GERMAN needed) and has prior experience working in a similar position in a global company.
What is it you'll have to do?
This role is a business operations support function and thus has a myriad of responsibilities, including:
- Driving process improvements internally
- Dealing with operations activities and business excellence for the delivery of services
- Provide data and business insights so the business can achieve its goals
- Support and facilitate readiness to enable a quick ramp up of new hires
Your specific background:
- You hold either a Swiss or an EU passport
- Fluent English and German, French/Italian is a big advantage
- Strong communicator and you excel working autonomously as well as in a team environment
- Strong Excel skills
- Proactive mindset; you are a born go-getter and don't wait for others to tell you what to do
- Working with data is your passion
- 5 years + related experience working within the IT services industry
