Overview of contract
On behalf of our client, a leading financial institution in Zürich, we are looking for an Application Specialist to support a CRM application. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has gained some exposure and is looking to continue developing further.
Main responsibilities
- Performing daily Application Management tasks - maintenance. Incident analysis/ resolution
- Handling 3rd level support incidents
- Application lifecycle planning, management of SLAs and planning/ implementation of changes
- Managing incidents, requests and defects
- Participating in application test execution.
- Support the Release Manager with the regular release processes
- Periodically support other applications within the same domain.
- Identification of improvement opportunities and evaluation of alternatives
Your skills:
- Experience in application management
- Strong background in managing incidents and tracking KPIs
- Understanding CRM and Data Management Systems
- Experience of Banking or other highly regulated businesses such as the Finance industry
- Knowledge of SQL, Oracle, PL/SQL
- Java knowledge would be highly beneficial
- Understanding of software development and customization
