For our client's team in Baden-Dättwil we are looking for an IS Specialist (Supporter). The main tasks for the person will be:

- Support and Management of End Of Life replacement administration
- Different administrativ tasks in IS Infrastructure
- Ordering and Installation Support
- Coordination and tracking of orders
- Manage Tickets, ticket tracking and escalation
- Proactive control of suppliers and service partners
- Create status reports of different projects and activities
- Consulting in the area of "how to do support" (onboarding, offboarding of users, change orders, etc.)
- Managing yearly stock inventory
- Different tasks and actions in IS Infrastructure
- Acting as Manager on Duty for high severity incidents
- Participate on periodic information meeting, Global IS information bulletins, presentations and local IS Infra Ref. Team
- Supporting or coordinating local Infrastructure changes
- Optional: Service Manager for the Infoscreen Service

Apply broad IS technology knowledge and expertise to any IS activity within all IS process domains, especially within BUILD and RUN to support global business needs and help solving difficult topics. Is capable to work independently dependent on maturity level. On assignment and request identifies, proposes, advises and implements existing IS technology and IS solutions/services, sharing knowledge and if senior - guiding others on implementation and operation, using understanding of existing technology and business requirements.

- Experience in IS Support
- Many years of experiences in same role
- Administrative flair
- Team player
- Flexibility, process understanding, the broadest possible IT experience, open to new ideas
