Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for an Investigations Analytical Support Consultant to join one of their clients, an NGO, based in Geneva.

Your responsibilities:

The objective of the assessment is to analyze the tender files for at least eight tenders awarded to the same Client's supplier to:

a) identify and document contextual descriptors, such as dates, persons involved, services to perform, type of award, award amount, PO, etc., and

b) identify and document any irregularities, red flags, and/or clear deviations or violations of procurement policies noted in the manner in which the tender was advertised (or quotes solicited), evaluated and awarded.

The irregularities or red flags could indicate elements consistent with bid steering, supplier preference, avoidance of competition, non-transparency, or other such concern.

To deliver the required results, it's essential that you have:

• The consultant(s) will need to have at least three years of professional
  analytical or investigative experience with extensive experience in analyzing
  or investigating tender files for indications of bid rigging, kick-backs, and
  conflict of interest, as it may relate to the competitive procurement of goods
  or professional services.
• Experience and working knowledge of standard intelligence models and the intelligence
  cycle
• Experience in the creation of intelligence and analytical products
• Experience in handling confidential witnesses and whistle- blowers
• Native-language level of English and preferably a good working knowledge of French,
