Overview of contract
On behalf of our client, a leading financial services institution in Zürich, we are looking for an In-house Recruitment Specialist. The successful candidate will join a busy team who are experiencing a high volume of recruitment requests.
This is a 6 month contract with the potential to extend and will be based in Zurich.
Main responsibilities
- Project management and advice to the hiring management in relation to all aspects of recruiting.
- Complete applicant management from the evaluation of the most suitable candidates to the offer.
- Conducting interviews using professional, scientifically developed and innovative selection tools.
- Responsibility for finding solutions to demanding recruiting issues in a global environment environment
- Getting to know the wide range of bank profiles through close cooperation with various specialists.
Your skills:
- 3-5 years' experience in recruiting with a minimum of 2 years being gained within in-house recruitment teams.
- Excellent organisational skills, able to multi-task and prioritise a busy workload.
- Confident communicator who is able to deal with stakeholders at all levels of the business.
- Very strong IT knowledge in MS Office and relevant CRM systems
- Fluency in written and spoken German and English
