Your profile:
- Degree in IT/ Business IT or similar
- +2 years of experience in Identity Management
- Proven experience in NetIQ IDM
- Ideally a pharma background
- Strong analytical and problem-solving personality
- Fluent in English and German (B2)
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Maintenance
- Maintain Development-, Test- and Production-Environment NetIQ IDM
- Release Management
Implementation
- Definition Directory Structure
- Definition Connectors (AD, OID, CDS, SharePoint, CSV Import, ….)
- New, mutation, Entry, Leaving, Role Approvals, External Employees
- Definition User Portal
- Definition Audit and Reporting needs
Customization
- Development of Service Drivers to multiple applications
- LDAP Folder Management
Operation & Monitoring
- Patching, Fault Management
