Identity and Access Management (IAM) Compliance Engineer - based in Poland

Overview of contract
On behalf of our client, a leading financial institution, we are looking for an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Compliance Engineer to cover a 3-month contract in Warsaw, Poland.
The role will be mainly remote based but will require 10% of time in the office in Warsaw.
Main responsibilities
- Drive regular identity and access reconciliation activities with responsible persons in IT operations and application development
- Follow-up on the remediation of identified deviations and ensure the retention of evidences for audit purposes
- Consult application and infrastructure responsibles with the objective to increase the maturity and reliability of identity and access controls
- Support before, during and after audits and other compliance activities and act as a SPOC for all identity and access related compliance topics
- Analyze, enhance and improve existing processes and collaboration
Your skills:
- 4-6 years of experience in conceptual understanding and technical expertise in Identity and Access Management
- 1-3 years of experience as an Analyst/ Engineer with Sailpoint IdentityIQ
- Good IT skills, especially with SQL DBA
- Knowledge of Security/compliance governance
- Able to provide Help desk/technical support
- Communicate and act proactively & assume ownership, strong analytical and result-oriented problem-solving skills
- Very good written and spoken English, German is an advantage
