Key Responsibilities:
- As a member of a dynamic team, you will be responsible for the operation of Workplace solutions. The Workplace solutions are operated on-premise in a customer data center.
- You will support the Windows and Citrix clients. You will be able to deal with faults and changes quickly and efficiently.
- 2nd Level Support for Windows and VDI (Citrix)
- Implementation of changes on client's infrastructure
- Troubleshooting remote and onsite
Your Profile:
- Degree (EFZ) in computer science (not a must) or relevant professional experience
- At least 3 years of professional experience in the support of Windows and Citrix clients
- Good knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and knowledge of SCCM & group policies.
Skills Nice to have:
- Windows Active Directory
- Experience with Ivanti
