HR Business Partner - German/English speaking
Experis is currently supporting our client, a globally-operating company in the pharma sector, with their search for a German-speaking, senior HR Business Partner. I'm looking for you: a senior profile (+5 years of HRBP experience), fluent English/German and experience working within global matrix environments. This contract position is slated to last an initial 6 months and is based in the Solothurn area. What is it you'll have to do?
You will support our client's production site by:
- Acting as the first point of contact between management and employees
- Aim to onboard, train and manage onsite resources and deal with suppliers at international as well as local level
- Participate in project work
Your specific background:
- + 5 years as an HRBP, coming from a global matrix environment
- Fluent English and German
- Preference for HR professionals with prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry
