HR Assistant - German and English speaking

Overview of contract

On behalf of our client, a leading financial services institution in Zürich, we are looking for an HR Assistant to join the Shared Services team for a 4 month temporary contract in Zurich

Main responsibilities

  • Creation and review of job references and interim references
  • Linguistic testing of certificates, primarily in German and English (if necessary, French and Italian)
  • Administration of individual HR processes and ensuring timely and accurate implementation (e.g. adjustments to the degree of employment, recognition bonuses, unpaid vacation and data mutations) as well as the creation of documents such as contracts, supplements, letters of confirmation, agreements, etc .
  • Support of Team HR Services in further HR processes
  • Participation in the optimization of HR processes

Your skills:

  • Fluent German and English skills (C1-C2)
  • Team player with service and solution orientation as well as hands-on mentality
  • Experience in HR or in an HR Shared Services environment
  • Confident handling of MS Office and SAP HR
  • Experience with the Swiss+ certificate tool
