Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for a Governance Specialist to join one of their clients, an NGO, based in Geneva.

Your role:

A Governance Specialist is sought to lead and support key governance processes and projects in support of the Client's Board 2020 priorities

To deliver the required results, it's essential that you are / have:

• Advanced university degree in a social science, public health, law and other relevant areas of study, or a first degree and at least 10 years of relevant post-first degree experience.
• Master degree and qualifications in global development, governance, international relations/politics or public policy
• Experience working in a governance-related position in a multi-stakeholder setting and an international or multicultural environment
• At least 7-10 years of relevant (post-University) work experience
• Experience in executive office settings requiring diplomacy and tact, discretion and high levels of confidentiality
• Experience of managing complex multi-stakeholder projects
• Experience in managing executive-level recruitment processes.
• Experience in field of global health;
• Project Management: knowledge of project management principles to navigate change. Ability to manage and implement complex projects requiring Board decision.
• Fluent in English and French
