On behalf of our client, a leading institution in clinical diagnostics by Lake Zurich, we are looking for a Service Operations Manager, with proven experience in Line function operations. Travel: 20-40%
Main task: design and implementation of the company's service operations backbone, whilst ensuring global scalability.
Sector: Pharma / Life Science
The main responsibilities are:
- Design and implement globally scalable service operations
- Standardization, automation and digitalization of end to end processes to meet customer expectations
- Implement group guidelines to maintain comprehensive manual services
- Continuously upgrade and improve (agile) IT processes for regional teams
- Monitor and report countermeasures against global/regional KPI's
- Manage the budget assigned to developing globally scalable processes for service operations
- Close collaboration with IT, regional service teams, the Quality Department and external partners
The skills and experience needed for this position are:
- Degree in Computer Science and/ or Business administration
- At least 7 years of experience in operations
- At least 5 years of experience in business improvement programs
- Previous exposure to project management and applying modem work methodologies
- Knowing how to design and implement global performance indicator schemes
- Personality: communicative, team-orientated, independent and able to resolve complex global business processes
