For one of our clients, specialized in the pharmaceutical area with HQ in Basel, we are looking for a Global Migration Lead in Research.
This is a challenging contracting position starting in February until the end of year with extension possibilities.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Transform the content management and document management in a highly competitive organization Design robust processes and innovative solutions that improve the daily lives of our researchers
- Lead the planning and execution of crucial project activities, such as reporting and stakeholder-management
- Be part of a diverse project team of experienced Knowledge Management professionals
- Interact on a regular basis with a large variety of stakeholders
Requirements:
- Degree in Information technology in a scientific / business administration field with a very strong aptitude for IT systems
- 5+ years of working experience in transformative activities and project team in a similar environment
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint, Office and Google Suite
- Proven experience in system migration / organizational transformation in a global project
- Experience in supporting project administration in a global matrix organization
- A pro-active problem-solver with excellent organizational skills and a "can-do" attitude
- Strong communication skills in English
- Experience in data visualization
- Basic knowledge of web-design principles
- German language
