German speaking Agile Tester

Unser Scrumteam entwickelt und betreibt unter anderem Web-basierte Softwaremodule und Microservices, welche die audiovisuellen Inhalte und Metadaten über eine zentrale API verfügbar machen. Das DevOps-Team ist crossfunktional aufgestellt und ist sowohl für die Entwicklung wie auch den Betrieb der auf Open Source Frameworks basierten Services zuständig. Für die Unterstützung dieses Teams suchen wir eine/n erfahrene/n agile Tester / Testerin für einen Zeitraum von mindestens 12 Monaten.

Das machst Du

− Testing der ganzen Produktepalette (Portal, APP, Apple TV)

− Zusammenarbeit mit Teams aus verschiedenen Business Units

− Reproduzieren und dokumentieren von Bugs aus Userfeedbacks auf unterschiedlichen Geräten und Umgebungen

− Kommunikation mit internen und externen Kunden

− Triage bei Problemen an die verschiedenen Anlaufstellen

− Weiterleiten von Interessanten Anforderungen an den PO

− Naher Austausch mit Entwicklern im Front- und Backend

Rahmenbedingungen

− Die Teilnahme an sämtlichen Scrum-Meetings (Dailies, Planning&Estimation, Reviews, Retrospektive) ist zwingend.

− Aktuell ist im Einklang mit den Home Office Empfehlungen des Bundesrates Remote Arbeit bevorzugt. Ein Teil der Arbeitszeit soll aber in Zukunft beim Standort in Leutschenbach vor Ort geleistet werden.

− Die Arbeitszeit für ein Vollzeitpensum beträgt 40 Std. zu 8 Std. pro Tag. Im Rahmen des vereinbarten Pensums kann die monatliche Arbeitszeit flexibel geleistet werden.

Sprache: Fliessende, verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, (jeweils Minimum C1) schriftlich und mündlich zwingend.

Agile Tester (60-80%)

Abstract

The Scrum team develops and operates web-based software modules and microservices that makes audiovisual content and metadata available via a central API. The DevOps team is cross-functional and is responsible for both the development and operation of the services based on open source frameworks. To support this team, we are looking for an experienced agile tester for a period of at least 12 months.

What you will do

- Testing the entire product range of (Portal, APP, Apple TV)

- Collaboration with teams from different business units

- Reproducing and documenting bugs from user feedback on different devices and environments

- Communication with internal and external customers

- Triage problems to the various contact points

- Forwarding interesting requirements to the PO

- Close exchange with developers in the front- and backend

What you bring with you

- Enjoy working with different teams and testers

- Independent way of working

- Analytical thinking

- Knowledge of a TCM tool

That would be nice to have

- Interest/fascination for the media world (VoD/Podcast) and actively developing it further

- Knowledge of brand management
