On behalf of our client, a leading financial institution in Zürich, we are looking for a German speaking Requirements Engineer/ Business Analyst with significant banking industry experience.
Overview of the project:
- You will join The Trade Finance & Financial Institution department which provides IT infrastructure to trade finance and Financial Institutions Transaction Platform
- The successful candidate will help extend considerably the current application which manages and prices transactions between banks
Main responsibilities:
- Content collaboration in innovative projects from conception to implementation
- Proactive design, implementation and optimization of banking processes, applications and customer channels for Financial Institutions / Institutional Clients
- Requirements engineering and moderation of requirements workshops
- Co-design of application architectures
- Conception and formal specification of software requirements
- Close cooperation with all project stakeholders
Skills:
- 7+ years' experience in business analysis or requirements engineering in the banking industry
- Solid track record of successful deliverables in medium- and large scale projects
- Ideally a technical / developmental background - must be able to master SQL to perform data analysis
- Proven background working in Agile environment
- Mastering UML standard
Experience in agile requirements engineering - Ability to liaise with both technical and non- technical audiences
- Ability to balance technology and business issues as well as communicate appropriately with both technology and business experts
- Fluent in English and German
