German speaking Banking Operations Administrator

On behalf of our client, a leading financial institution in Zürich, we are looking for a Banking Operations Administrator to join a team who are upgrading the products available within the online banking area.

Main responsibilities

  • Supporting the Products Operation area within a division of the bank
  • Processing and supporting the management of digital and manual processes related to banking products
  • Monitoring the automated processing system
  • Collaborating with stakeholders from IT, Front office, Product management and others
  • Able to adhere to tight deadlines, high volumes and complex processes

Your skills:

  • A minimum of 2 years operational experience, ideally from the Banking industry
  • Extensive knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent written German and English language skills
  • Ideally a background in either project environments or process management
