German-speaking Banking Administrator - Mortgages / Loans
We are looking for a Mortgage specialist within the private clients division of this leading financial institution in Zurich to strengthen the existing processing team.
Location: Zurich
Start date: ASAP
Duration: 4 - 8 months
Workload: 100%
Languages: German
Responsibilities
- Independent drawing up of loan agreements with the necessary loan documents
- Mapping and managing credit structures and collateral in the bank's own IT systems
- Creation of promises to pay and execution of payments
- Correspondence and dialogue with land registry offices, notaries, banks and insurance companies
- Order-related contact with customer advisors and credit officers
Skills
- Experience in mortgage processing
- Professional experience in the banking environment
- Fluent German with knowledge of French is an advantage
