On behalf of our client, a leading financial institution in Zürich, we are looking for a 2nd Level Application Supporter to join the Digital Wealth Management team.

Main responsibilities

• 2nd level support for queries on operational/transactional issues within the Digital Wealth Management team
• Take leadership in complex requests overlapping different advisory and discretionary solution units or divisions
• Analysis of recurrent problems and solution identification
• Responsible for the delivery application support functions, incorporating the ownership, analysis and resolution of service incidents and problems
• Manage queries in a timely and efficient manner to provide front users with high quality solutions
• Ensure that all live applications are fully supported and meet the Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements of service area

Your skills:

• Good knowledge of Windows applications and support tools & processes
• Sound understanding of the end-to-end operations in a private bank
• Excellent command of both the German and English languages
• Strong analytical and investigation skills, with an ability to resolve issues in a high-pressure environment
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Flexible and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Familiarity with advisory & discretionary tools, processes and products would be an asset
• Familiarity with agile development processes and framework would be an asset
