Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for an assess, design and coordinate the implementation of the Twilio Flex based architecture for the omnichannel orchestration layer between customer and customer care layer. Twilio flex is based on Js/react and integrated with Salesforce.
Your profile:
- Minimum 5 years experience as team lead, tech lead, frontend development architect
- Technical skills in:
- React
- JavaScript
- Serverless - advanced knowledge
- Twilio - knowledge or desire to learn.
- English language fluency (written and oral)
Location: Zurich
Duration: 6 months contract
