Expert Jira / Confluence
Brief job description
- Solve tickets and service requests on Jira / Confluence.
- Configure Jira projects, workflows, boards, dashboards and automations.
- Evolve existing Jira (Java written) plugins.
- Configure Confluence spaces, templates and automations.
- Analyse project or service requirements.
- Global assistance to users.
Required experience and skills
- Strong experience with Jira and Confluence
- ( configuration and automation Scripts ).
- Good knowledge of Jira configuration and automation (scripts) capabilities
- Experience using Jenkins, Nexus (or similar tools).
- Knowledge of Jira and Confluence (Linux) system administration an asset
- Excellent problem solving skills, process implementation skills
- Excellent communication and partnering skills
- French, English.
