Overview of contract
On behalf of our client, one of the leading financial institutions in Zurich, we are looking for an Executive assistant to support senior and junior bankers, help with general administrative tasks and provide holiday coverage for other members of the assistant team.
This is a 6 months contract with the possibility for permanent position.
Main responsabilties:
- Agenda management
- Organizing client and internal meetings
- Setting up conference calls and zoom meetings
- Booking travel and hotels
- Processing expense claims
- Answering telephone & taking messages
- Printing & binding client presentations
- Assist with Event Planning
- Additional tasks ad hoc
Your skills:
- 5-7 years of experience as an assistant
- Polite and professional manner.
- Reliable, flexible and "can do" mindset
- Strong team player
- Fluent in German and English
