Administrative Assistant

Experis is currently supporting our client, a premier global technology brand, with their search for an Administrative Assistant. I am looking for you: 2-3 years of experience in supporting executives, with strong communication skills in both English & German (French is a plus). If you bring along the required background and can start ASAP, then please read on and apply!

Location: Zurich

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 12-months contract minimum

You will support our customer by:

  • Coordinating and planning local programs and events
  • Dealing with administrative tasks
  • Scheduling internal and external meetings
  • Organizing and booking travel arrangements
  • Supporting Management Board Members

Your specific background:

  • 2-3 years of professional experience in working with top management
  • Previous experience working for a globally-operating company
  • Very strong communication skills and excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent English and German (French - is a big plus)
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft O365, Microsoft Teams
